In 2023, Fiserv released its Corporate Responsibility Report, a comprehensive publication highlighting the company’s commitments, initiatives, and progress across environmental, social, and governance efforts. The report served as a key communications piece, translating complex data and impact stories into a clear, accessible narrative for both internal and external audiences.

I designed both the print and digital versions of the report, leading extensive layout design across multiple sections and content types. The work required balancing dense information, data visualization, and storytelling while maintaining consistency with Fiserv’s brand system and accessibility standards.

This project involved close collaboration with Fiserv’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with strategic messaging. Through iterative reviews and cross-functional coordination, the design evolved to support the report’s goals while elevating its visual presence.
