The Fiserv Forum Client Conference is Fiserv’s largest annual client event, bringing together financial institutions, partners, and industry leaders to share product updates, industry insights, and the future vision of the company. In 2025, the conference reached its highest attendance to date, with over 4,000+ attendees.

For this project, I led the design and visual development for the conference, creating the event’s visual identity and applying it across all attendee touchpoints. The goal was to build a cohesive visual system that could scale across a large physical environment while maintaining a clear and recognizable conference brand.

This project required close collaboration across internal teams and external agency partners. I worked cross-functionally with marketing, communications, event planning, and production teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure the visual identity was implemented consistently across all materials and environments. Because the conference existed across both physical and digital spaces, collaboration and coordination were critical to ensure everything from stage graphics to printed materials to digital screens felt unified.

I developed the visual identity and design system and then worked across a wide range of applications, including stage design, large-format environmental graphics, wayfinding, on-site print materials, presentation templates, social graphics, and on-site digital assets. The design system needed to function across massive screens, signage, and printed materials, ensuring a consistent experience from the moment attendees arrived through the full conference experience.

This project required designing for scale, legibility, motion, and environment—considering how branding performs in a live event space and how attendees move through and experience the conference. The final result was a cohesive event experience that supported the conference content, reinforced the Fiserv brand, and helped guide and engage thousands of attendees throughout the event.
